Human Resources Generalist Our client, a manufacturer based in Exton, PA, is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Generalist. Position Summary

Reporting to the HR VP, the HR Generalist will run the day-to-day functions of the HR department including Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition, Payroll Administration, Benefits Administration, Leaves of Absence, and Performance Management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hand-on HR experience, strong detail-orientation, and a passion for helping people! Location & Schedule

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring onsite work, Monday-Friday, in the Exton, PA office. Responsibilities

Recruits, screens, interviews, schedules, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications and other pre-employment requirements. Ensures appropriate documentation for Full Cycle Recruiting Implement new hire orientation. Runs the weekly payroll processing and 401k funding for two legal entities Maintains the accuracy and integrity of the HCM system by entering updates, employee changes, and other approved payroll/status change notices Responsible for applying all HR policies and company guidelines Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs. Manages the distribution of performance reviews. Maintain employment records and verifications. Implement health insurance enrollments for new hires and administers open enrollments, changes to employee health insurance elections. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Performs annual, monthly quarterly required reports or assignments as needed in the department. Responds to unemployment requests and payroll verifications Assists with event planning. Performs other HR or company duties as assigned.
