Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital is seeking a pediatric neurologist to join a collaborative team of seven (7) physicians in the Division of Pediatric Neurology. Candidates should be BE/BC in pediatric neurology. Certification or a clinical interest in neurodevelopment disabilities is preferred but not required. Additional clinical requirements include the ability to obtain comprehensive medical history for pediatric patients and perform neurodevelopmental/neurobehavioral evaluations. Research initiatives will be fully and actively supported through the Office of Human Research, though this is not a requirement of the position. The incoming physician will have the support of a full complement of pediatric specialists and services. Responsibilities and qualifications
Responsibilities: Obtain comprehensive medical histories for pediatric patients and perform neurodevelopmental/neurobehavioral evaluations. Qualifications: BE/BC in pediatric neurology. Certification or a clinical interest in neurodevelopment disabilities is preferred but not required. Other: The position is full-time and employed with the multi-specialty Memorial Physician Group; research initiatives are supported through the Office of Human Research but not required for the role.
