Director of Sales and Community Relations - Senior Living (Project Management). Retirement Unlimited is seeking a Director of Sales and Community Relations to join the team. The comfort and care of our residents is our highest priority. Acquire occupancy/census goals through marketing and sales activities such as telemarketing, tours, regular follow-up, developing referral sources, and maintaining a viable waiting list of applicants qualified to move to the community. Accurately track all sales and marketing activity. Report sales activity weekly/monthly to the Corporate Director of Marketing and Communications in the designated timeframe. Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database for all prospects, professionals, and responsible parties (families) including follow-up procedures such as calls, emails, tours, etc. Maintain a viable wait list of qualified potential residents. Conduct tours of the community. Maintain a complete understanding of RUI deposits and lease procedures. Effectively communicate procedures to prospective residents and their families. Create, maintain, and build relationships with viable referral sources through visits, events (internal and external), and other means of communication. Strive to achieve RUI census goals (percent occupancy, move-ins, and community fees). Develop and maintain the community marketing plan including events, advertising, social media, and the budget allocation for prospects, families, and referral sources. Benefits
