Associate, IT / OT Business Partner and Portfolio Manager

Full-time, Permanent, Start as soon as possible We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical IT / OT Business Partner & Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team at RWECE IT / OT. This role is pivotal in managing the company's IT / OT delivery portfolio from concept to delivery, serving as a trusted advisor to ensure value realization and resource optimization. The ideal candidate has experience in large IT organizations and is eager to create impact in a growing team. Role Responsibilities:
Support business and IT/OT delivery teams in managing digital initiatives from intake to delivery. Attend stakeholder meetings to document needs and identify alignment opportunities. Maintain demand intake tools and trackers, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Assist in developing business cases and refining solution requirements. Participate in meetings with delivery squads and contribute to portfolio reviews. Monitor progress on initiatives, flag risks, and coordinate with stakeholders. Support communication with stakeholders through updates and documentation. Apply governance, compliance, and risk management procedures. Develop domain knowledge in specific business functions. Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and contribute to process improvements. Job Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT business partnership, portfolio management, or project management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Software Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree or equivalent is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of IT Portfolio Management concepts and tools (e.g., Bee360, Jira Align). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn new technologies. Leadership, organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset. Benefits:
