We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical IT / OT Business Partner & Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team at RWECE IT / OT. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future growth. The role involves managing the end-to-end IT / OT delivery portfolio from concept to delivery handoff, serving as a trusted advisor to the business, ensuring value realization, and guiding prioritization and resource optimization.
The ideal candidate is a proven winner with experience in large IT organizations and is eager to join a growing team with significant upside and impact potential.
Role Responsibilities:
Support the business and IT/OT delivery teams by facilitating digital initiative intake and tracking through early lifecycle stages. Participate in stakeholder meetings to document needs, pain points, and identify digital capability opportunities. Maintain demand intake tools and trackers, ensuring timely updates and accurate documentation. Assist in developing business cases by gathering data, estimating efforts, and outlining outcomes under supervision. Refine solution requirements through collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams. Contribute to regular meetings with delivery squads, monitoring alignment and progress. Support quarterly portfolio reviews with reports, presentations, and metrics. Track progress on low-to-moderate complexity initiatives, flag risks, and coordinate resolution. Prepare stakeholder updates, status summaries, and intake documentation. Ensure demands meet governance, compliance, and risk management standards. Begin developing domain knowledge in areas like development, construction, or operations. Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities. Identify areas for process and tool streamlining to support continuous improvement. Qualifications and Experience:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in roles such as IT business partner, portfolio manager, or project manager. Experience in large, global IT organizations. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Software Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree or equivalent is a plus. Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. Interest in the renewables sector and company growth. Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences. Knowledge of IT Portfolio Management concepts and tools (e.g., demand intake, architecture review boards, Bee360, Jira Align). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs. Self-motivated with problem-solving skills. Team-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
