Overview
Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager that is experienced in full cycle accounting for a small, but expanding business. Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable staff. Utilize ADP to process payroll, prepare payroll reconciliations. Prepare bank and account reconciliation. Reconcile and record inventory. Prepare all tax and business filings. Prepare fixed assets and depreciation schedules. Work with outside CPA firm to ensure they have accurate and complete records. Strong overall bookkeeper including; general ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, month end close, and financial statement preparation. Excel skills and Accounting Software knowledge required. Position will also liaise with the CPA firm and set policies & procedures. Degree or + 5years of relevant experience required Mandarin fluency highly preferred Compensation and Benefits
Salary for this position is commensurate with experience but is in the range of $80,000 - $100,000 annually. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
