Title: Finance Manager, Modeling
Location: Princeton, NJ (remote)
Salary:
$160 – $175 plus bonus plus excellent benefits

Overview Hybrid (could be fully remote) opportunity in Princeton, NJ area. Manage a small team with a focus on modeling and analysis to support business development and financing strategies. 4-8 years of experience in a business development, project finance, or structured finance role. MBA, CFA is desired.
Responsibilities
Create financial models and forecasts dedicated to project development, construction, operations, and related financings.
Provide quantitative analysis and pricing support to assist the business development team.
Identify funding sources, use of capital, and liquidity requirements, aligning financing with project milestones.
Help structure project financing solutions, including debt sizing, cash flow modeling, and sensitivity analysis.
Ensure alignment on financial assumptions and modeling inputs by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Interact with banks, lenders, and external stakeholders.
Prepare presentations for management and lenders.
Monitor the financial performance of projects to ensure financial structures are adhered to.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics.
MBA, CFA is desired.
4-8 years of experience in a business development, project finance, or structured finance role.
Experience developing financial projections and pricing for new builds is strongly preferred.
Energy industry experience is preferred.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities related to project financing and construction projects.
Advanced experience with Excel and financial modeling.
Experience interacting with banks, lenders, or other financial institutions regarding modeling and financing topics.
Ability to manage and organize detailed data and present analysis results.
Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Travel: Occasional onsite required in the Princeton office.
