Overview
Ensure the proper reconciliation of revenues/expenses generated by the casino through the daily audit process. Ensures audit is compliant with Table Mountain’s Tribal-State Compact, its Tribal Minimum Internal Control Standards (TMICS) and other applicable Internal Control Standards or Policies and Procedures. Responsibilities
Audit all paperwork generated by profit center assigned. Audit and verify all money coming into the casino and all money going out of the casino. Verify that all profit centers revenues and paper records agree and are recorded properly. Notify management of discrepancies and issue exception reports when appropriate. Verify that all revenues and expenses are stated and reported accurately; Bingo, Table Games, Slot, Food & Beverage and Cage. Close periods after auditing daily work. Maintain storage file records for the casino. Perform other duties as assigned. Education/Experience
High school diploma or equivalent is required, unless otherwise waived by Human Resources Management. Two (2) years of experience in the Accounting field is preferred. Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) and basic computer skills are required. Strong ability to utilize Microsoft Excel is preferred. Must be able to work Weekends and Holidays
