Why This Role Matters
You’ll be a key player in scaling our finance function — bringing rigor, insight, and efficiency to support our next stage of growth. Your work will directly impact how we measure success and make decisions as we expand.
What You’ll Do
Own month-end close processes, including all journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Perform SaaS-specific revenue processes, deferred revenue schedules, and subscription billing reconciliations.
Maintain and improve the general ledger and chart of accounts.
Assist with accounts payable, payroll, expense management, and accruals.
Prepare accurate and timely financial, management and Board reports.
Support annual tax compliance and tax filings.
Partner with staff on budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting (Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and commissions, etc.).
Identify and implement process improvements and automation tools to increase efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and company policies.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA-track preferred).
5 years of progressive accounting experience; mix of public accounting and SaaS industry a plus.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
Hands-on experience with accounting software (MS Office, Word, Advance Excel, Asset Keep Pro, and Enterprise Quickbooks) .
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compliance with ITAR/Export Control regulations, which can be demonstrated by US citizenship.
