AR Supervisor

to manage payment posting, reconciliations and payment research processed. This is a direct hire opportunity that will interview immediately. Apply now if your background fits the below criteria! Primary Functions:

Foster and maintain positive relationships with external partners and service providers to support issue resolution and operational efficiency. Record and reconcile daily incoming payments, including credit card transactions, checks, and other deposit types. Ensure monthly reconciliation of deposit records and maintain accuracy in financial tracking tools. Retrieve and review monthly financial statements from payment platforms. Manage and resolve aged receivables from third-party payers. Provide audit support by gathering and submitting documentation as requested by leadership. Generate reports to support invoicing and account review processes. Analyze and respond to zero-payment transactions as directed by senior accounting staff. Process and deposit physical checks received via mail. Follow up on outstanding refund checks issued to clients and third-party entities. Supervise daily operations of the accounts receivable team, including billing, collections, payment posting, and account reconciliation. Contribute to the development and refinement of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable. Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members to support professional growth and operational excellence. Qualifications:

Accounting college courses or certifications, preferred Pharmacy or medical industry experience, preferred 2+ years AR leadership experience Time management and organizational skills Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
