Mercier Consultancy is looking for a German Speaking Messaging Platform Support Specialist to join our team in Athens. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients who utilize our messaging platforms. Your fluency in German will be essential as you assist German-speaking clients with any challenges they encounter, ensuring their experience with our services is seamless and satisfactory.
You will engage with clients to troubleshoot issues, provide guidance on best practices, and help them maximize the potential of our platform. Responsibilities
