Our client, a law firm, is seeking an
IT Analyst
to provide frontline technology support and solutions across the firm. This role is responsible for daily IT operations, supporting meeting and event technologies, assisting with hardware/software needs, and contributing to firmwide IT projects and initiatives. The IT Analyst will play a key role in ensuring seamless technology operations, user satisfaction, and adherence to information security best practices. Responsibilities:
Maintain office computers, printers, and IT assets inventory. Install, configure, and maintain firm-standard software and hardware. Participate in IT projects, user training, and adoption of new technologies. Support mobile technologies (iOS, iPadOS) and remote access tools (Citrix, VPN). Collaborate with firmwide IT groups to support planned maintenance, outages, and project deployments. Provide on-site and remote end-user support; escalate and resolve issues in coordination with IT teams. Support and facilitate meeting technologies, including video conferencing, presentations, client meetings, and special events. Promote data security policies and best practices while maintaining compliance with firmwide information security requirements. Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, delivering timely, high-quality solutions for software, hardware, and networking issues. Manage service requests in the firm ticketing system (ServiceNow), ensuring accurate lifecycle tracking and communication with end users. Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Prior experience in a law firm environment is required. 3+ years of LAN, WAN, and network systems support and management. 3+ years configuring, installing, and maintaining client operating systems and related devices. 3+ years providing customer-facing IT support, including hardware, software, and networking technologies. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, preferred, or equivalent work experience. Benefits & Perks:
