Role Responsibilities
Manage relationships with business clients, ensuring their IT infrastructure is secure, efficient, and future-ready.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex server, network, and VoIP issues, providing Tier 2 support to other technicians.
Design and implement technical solutions tailored to client needs, optimizing performance and security.
Assist with onboarding, coaching, and training team members to maintain high service standards.
Provide expert recommendations on IT strategy, helping clients navigate evolving technology landscapes.
Required Skills and Experience
Associate’s degree in a technology field or equivalent experience.
Strong experience managing Microsoft Windows Server environments, Active Directory, SQL Server, DHCP, and DNS.
Advanced troubleshooting skills with business-class firewalls, switches, and networking (VPN, port forwarding, etc.).
Experience with RMM and CRM software in a Managed IT environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently from start to finish.
Strong communication skills—capable of professional engagement with clients and team members via phone, email, and in person.
