Requirements
Must have:
Over 2 years of experience in IT support, with preference for Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience.
Strong grasp of networking principles including VLANs, routing, firewalls, DHCP, and DNS.
Hands‑on knowledge of Windows Server, Azure AD/Entra, and Microsoft 365 management.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to conduct root‑cause analysis.
Effective communication abilities and professionalism when interacting with clients.
CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications are mandatory.
Additional certifications such as Server+, Microsoft 365, Azure, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Must possess a valid drivers license and be willing to travel to client locations.
Bilingual candidates are preferred.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, and network issues, both remotely and onsite.
Support and manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and file/permission setups.
Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and VPN connections.
Deploy, image, and configure workstations, laptops, and relevant hardware.
Assist in server builds, migrations, and various infrastructure projects.
Clearly document all work conducted in the PSA system and adhere to internal protocols.
Participate in client onboarding processes, conduct network assessments, and create environment documentation.
Mentor and offer technical support to Tier I technicians.
Aid in staging and preparing equipment for project deployments as necessary.
