Western Tidewater CSB is seeking a Full-Time Mobile Crisis Services Manager for our agency!
Responsibilities for Mobile Crisis Services Manager:
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise a team of Licensed, Licensed Eligible, and Bachelor’s level Clinicians capable of responding to individuals with mental health disorders in crisis.
Coordinate Crisis Stabilization and Crisis Prevention services.
Collaborate with community partners, families, and natural supports to improve access to care.
Oversee daily operations of assigned programs, respond to critical incidents, ensure effective program functioning, and manage service billing.
Qualifications and Skills:
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related Human Services Field.
Preferred .
Virginia Licensure as a Practicing Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Psychologist, or Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Preferred .
At least five years of clinical experience in a behavioral health facility, residential, or community setting, including experience working with children and adults with behavior disorders.
One (1) year of experience as a senior clinician or in a supervisory role within a behavioral health setting, demonstrating leadership.
Minimum of one (1) year experience with the ID/DD population.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable DMV record at the time of hire and continuously thereafter.
