Overview

US Leveraged Finance team is seeking 3rd - 5th year associates with significant experience in private equity finance and/or private credit to join our team in New York. We are looking for creative, motivated, entrepreneurial team players to be instrumental in continuing to grow our top-quality leveraged finance practice. Our leveraged finance team works on cutting edge, complex financings up and down the capital stack for borrower side clients (including private equity firms and their portfolio companies, corporate borrowers and growth companies) and lender side clients (private credit funds and other alternative lenders). We are a versatile group and represent clients across all industry sectors on a mix of large cap, middle market and growth equity transactions. In addition to traditional US focused financings, the group collaborates with our global colleagues on complex, multijurisdictional transactions. We also partner with our restructuring colleagues on complex liability management transactions. Our rapidly growing practice offers significant room for advancement for motivated associates with strong technical and commercial abilities who enjoy mentoring junior associates and being involved in business development. The current salary range for this position is $310,000 - $435,000. Responsibilities

Collaborate with global colleagues on complex, multijurisdictional transactions and partner with restructuring colleagues on complex liability management transactions. Qualifications

3rd – 5th year associates with significant experience in private equity finance and/or private credit. Creative, motivated, entrepreneurial team players who are able to contribute to mentoring junior associates and business development.
