Location: Encino Building #2, 5707 Southwest Parkway, Austin, Texas, United States of America Summary: As a Wealth Consultant you will report to the VP, Wealth Management. You will work with Kestra Financial, Inc. and provide sales and consulting support to our advisors and their staff with an emphasis on Advisory, Mutual Funds, Variable Annuities, Alternative Investments, Retirement Plans and Financial Planning. The success of this role is contingent upon building relationships with our advisors, maintaining expertise in holistic case design, and increasing advisor sales. The Wealth Consultant will focus on our core platforms and products to directly affect the financials of the organization. Responsibilities and Qualifications are described below. Responsibilities

Focus on sales of our advisory platforms and investment products to achieve budgeted financial goals for Kestra Financial through outbound/inbound consultation and relationship management. Present the benefits of our core platforms and our strategic partner products. Evaluate client goals and match them with products or platforms appropriate and consistent with achieving those goals. Meet established measures of success for ongoing outbound call campaigns in designated territory. Partner with Business Consultants to grow sales and best practices of wealth management. Develop working knowledge of Kestra strategic partner products and platforms. Work with strategic partners' sales teams to develop knowledge and understand their products and best implementation with advisors. Develop meaningful relationships and trust with our advisors and other teams. Travel up to 25%. Skills

Relationship management Investment Education and Experience

2+ years of financial services experience Sales or product consulting experience beneficial in role. Solid foundation of investment knowledge Certifications

FINRA Series 7, 66, or 63 with qualifying designation for 65 waiver or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire Texas Life and Health License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire Internal Applicant Policy

Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP. Benefits
