In this role, you will provide essential support to our Polish-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries and delivering effective solutions that enhance their experience with our services and products.

Key Responsibilities
Assist Polish-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Identify technical issues, troubleshoot them promptly, and provide effective solutions. Educate customers on our products and services, ensuring they get the most value from their interactions. Document all customer interactions accurately for record-keeping and quality assurance. Collaborate with your team to improve service delivery and address common challenges faced by customers. Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product enhancements and industry developments. Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential. It is important to clearly state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong communication skills with a dedicated commitment to customer service excellence. Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not required. Technical capability and effective problem-solving skills are highly valued. Team player with a positive attitude and a collaborative approach. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced work environment.
