* Create and maintain technical documentation: specifications, BOMs, global requirements, benchmarking, and design reviews.* Ensure timely documentation of engineering changes and updates to aftermarket commercial and technical systems.* Load and manage engineering data in AS400, SAP, and PIM systems.* Develop and maintain CAD drawings for aftermarket fuel injection products.* Practical mechanical aptitude for automotive components.* Hands-on experience with production processes including automation, assembly, end-of-line testing, and material handling for electrical/electro-mechanical components.* Proficiency in CAD; SolidWorks preferred (other platforms considered).* Experience in design and testing and validation of fuel injection system products is an advantage.* Commercial acumen with the ability to analyze data, produce reports, and drive strategic plans forward.* Builds trust with key stakeholders and understands the customer perspective.* Proactive self-starter who leads with initiative and fosters a culture of innovation and customer focus.
