Senior IT Cloud Engineer , you will be participating in implementation and L2 operations and support services to Qualco and customers infrastructures with critical response time requirements for their business technology systems. You will work independently and as member of a team to fulfill service requests. This role requires excellent technical background, prioritization, responsiveness, and customer service, along with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deploy and Maintain Cloud Services in MS Azure in a corporate, multi-geography scale

Implement Cloud integration and interoperability with on-premise infrastructure

Participate in design of solutions for high availability and disaster recovery for applications

Implementation and maintenance of High Availability and Disaster Recovery infrastructure and ensure system availability and reliability

Deploy and maintain Monitoring and Alerting Infrastructure

Provide technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of an issue, including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation to service owners

Implement Security Best Practices and Ensure Cloud security

Evaluates cloud infrastructure costs

Liaise with vendors and other departments for problem resolution

Maintain solid knowledge of various vertical areas of functionality and technology within IT engineering technologies

Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Azure cloud platform (deployment & maintenance)

Client oriented with client facing experience

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and project teams, contributing to planned deliverables

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Solid Knowledge and Hands-On experience on MS Azure including IaaS, PaaS, IaC

Solid Hands-on experience in implementation and maintenance AKS, Entra ID, MS Identity and Federations, Azure DevOps

Good Knowledge and hands-on experience on design and implementation of Microsoft products and Services (Active Directory/DNS/ADFS/SQL)

Knowledge in configuration of Monitoring Software and/or Full-Stack Observability platforms

Experience with Azure Defender ecosystem

Certified in at least one of the following: Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305, mandatory)

Azure Networking Solutions (AZ-700)

Azure Virtual Desktop (AZ-140)

Azure Security certifications

Knowledge and experience in AWS, GCP or Oracle Cloud would be considered a plus
