Assistant Data Processing Coordinator - Student Management Systems (SMS) Software Support
Duties: Seeking a detail-oriented professional with exceptional customer service skills to support administrative computer software solutions, including Student Management Systems (SMS). In this role, the successful candidate will provide training on software applications, troubleshoot issues, resolve user questions, and collaborate with multiple departments while working closely with school districts and vendors. The position also involves organizing training sessions, leading user group meetings, and supporting additional software applications as assigned. Experience with school district workflows such as attendance tracking, report cards, scheduling, gradebooks, discipline reporting, and demographic data elements is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong project management skills. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Travel required within a five-county region (Madison, Oneida, Herkimer, Jefferson, and Lewis Counties) for training and support. Location of Position: Mohawk Regional Information Center Term of Employment: Full-time, 12-month position
