Auto-Payment list and binder management Invoicing clients from fee agreements and charge sheets (QB) Monthly billing (QB) Balance write-offs Accounts Payable Paying vendor accounts Entering bills and payments (QB) General Entering all bank and credit card charges (QB) Filing Accounts Receivable Filing Accounts Payable Generate financial reports as needed Daily cash and checking account management Prepare all documents and forms for tax filing Administrative/HR Payroll Employee onboarding/exiting User/employee accounts admin (NetDocs, LLX, Lexis, ADP, Microsoft, Adobe, MyHours, Zoom, email) Medical and Dental insurance/benefit management First contact for any and all IT issues, printer/copier issues, phone issues, internet issues, etc. Work with IT on a regular basis Supply inventory and purchasing Employee recruitment/vetting/etc. Travel arrangements and booking Firm, attorney, and notary registrations Employee management (annual reviews, self-evaluations, communication) General office organization and operation Point of contact for CBRE (building management) * Assist CEO in managing Afrique-Sub-Sahara Strategies LTD (AQS) government procurement work.
