Generate financial reports as needed
Daily cash and checking account management
Prepare all documents and forms for tax filing
Administrative/HR
Payroll
Employee onboarding/exiting
User/employee accounts admin (NetDocs, LLX, Lexis, ADP, Microsoft, Adobe, MyHours, Zoom, email)
Medical and Dental insurance/benefit management
First contact for any and all IT issues, printer/copier issues, phone issues, internet issues, etc.
Work with IT on a regular basis
Supply inventory and purchasing
Employee recruitment/vetting/etc.
Travel arrangements and booking
Firm, attorney, and notary registrations
Employee management (annual reviews, self-evaluations, communication)
General office organization and operation
Point of contact for CBRE (building management)
* Assist CEO in managing Afrique-Sub-Sahara Strategies LTD (AQS) government procurement work.
