Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Professional
to join our growing Charlotte team. This position offers an opportunity to meaningfully contribute to our company’s internal health and safety programs while also working on a variety of environmental assessment, compliance, and remediation projects. Why H&H?

2–5 years of experience in environmental health & safety Degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Environmental Health, Safety Management, or related field Strong critical thinking and technical writing skills Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to groups Key Responsibilities
Conduct health & safety audits/reviews at environmental project sites Prepare site-specific Health & Safety Plans (HASPs) Develop Job Safety Analysis (JSA) forms Investigate incidents/near-misses and manage reporting & follow-up Recommend processes and procedures to reduce workplace hazards Review and improve safety standard operating procedures (SOPs) Effectively train staff in company safety programs and safe work practices Oversee subcontractor onboarding and third-party H&S reporting Grow With Us
