Systems Analyst, Hospitality
— Onsite position located in Kohler, WI. The Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and guest satisfaction across Kohler Hospitality’s business applications. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that system functionality aligns with departmental needs and strategic goals. The analyst will evaluate system performance, recommend improvements, and assist in the implementation of new technologies to optimize service delivery and user experience. The candidate should demonstrate diverse technical systems skills and an interest in developing knowledge of Hospitality business processes. Detail orientation in systems analysis and the ability to produce high-quality results to support team and department initiatives are important. Actively listens to customers, IT peers, and project subject matter experts to enhance knowledge and experience with Kohler Hospitality’s business applications. Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate resolutions to incidents and requests submitted to Hospitality Systems. Responsible for oversight of Kohler’s incident tracking system (Service-Now). Analyze and address hardware, software, and connectivity problems across all Hospitality applications. Coordinate support services through internal and external technical resources as necessary. Generate and maintain knowledge articles and standard operating procedures pertaining to problem resolution and installation of Kohler Hospitality’s business applications and associated peripherals. Coordinate and perform installation, upgrades, and maintenance of the business applications and their associated architecture. Conduct user account audits as assigned. Manage Kohler Hospitality’s computer and payment device inventories. Perform annual physical inventories to confirm models, locations, and counts. Participate in the annual PC hardware expansion and replacement budgeting process. Actively participate in weekly Hospitality Systems department and Corporate IT change management meetings. Provide updates on resolved and outstanding issues, project status, and documentation progress. Achieve and maintain Hospitality application and hardware management proficiency that enables effective on-call support of all Kohler Hospitality systems. Share on-call responsibilities after hours, on weekends, and holidays with other members of the Hospitality Systems department. Participate in internal/external educational programs, professional organizations, and industry events to enhance analytical and leadership skills while fostering relationships with vendor partners and industry colleagues. Perform other related duties as assigned. Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred. Under some circumstances, an Associate Degree in Information Technology and a minimum of 2 years IT experience may be accepted. Experience with Service-Now, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power BI, or AI tools is considered a plus. Exposure to hospitality industry applications through operational use and/or IT support is considered a plus. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. We offer day 1 benefits.
