Work You’ll Do As a Project Delivery Specialist on the team, you will:

Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements and provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices.

Create and maintain system documentation, including solution design, technical specifications, and test plans.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs related to Salesforce applications and integrations.

Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, and evaluate their applicability to our organization’s needs.

Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning), including experience with complex, enterprise-level projects.

Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).

Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles, roles, permission sets, and compliance requirements.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, etc.).

Experience working in government or highly regulated environments.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce (e.g., Gearset, Copado).

Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader, Informatica).

Prior experience mentoring or managing junior developers.
