School Psychologist
AB Staffing is seeking experienced School Psychologists for the upcoming 2025/2026 school year.
Job Description:
Openings in Elementary, Middle, and High School – caseload and position details will vary based on school location.
Contract through the 2025/2026 school year, 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
Follows the academic district calendar.
Pay: $2,600.00 – $3,080.00/week, DOE and location.
Qualifications:
Graduate Degree (M.A., Ed.S., M.S. Ed., Ph.D., Ed.D., or Psy.D.) in psychology, social work, or counseling.
School Psychologist Certification/License in Nevada.
Experience conducting psycho-educational evaluations; experience in school and/or pediatric settings preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrate initiative.
Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods, see and read printed and digital materials, hear and understand speech, and perform occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.
Essential Functions:
Provide evaluation, consultation, and counseling services, including initial assessments and reevaluations for children in special education programs.
Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and lead multidisciplinary teams in identifying students with disabilities.
Communicate assessment results and recommendations verbally and in written reports.
Participate in eligibility and program decisions to meet student needs.
Engage in professional development activities.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
