An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with LensCrafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As a private independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor\'s office and provides high quality optometric care and service to patients. Terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor. Responsibilities
As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, responsibilities include: Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients within the practice. Work within the practice setup of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. Coordinate care and communicate with the Subleasing Doctor to align on patient treatment plans and scheduling. Benefits and Practice Highlights
Professional autonomy to care for patients Full scope of practice predicated on professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company-imposed restrictions or quotas) Flexible scheduling including part-time commitments or adding to an existing practice schedule Fully furnished office with OD equipment; many utilize Clarifye digital eye examination technology Access to advanced imaging systems and full technical and pre-testing support Automated online appointment book and patient recall system Affiliation

Employee pay is determined by factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered.
