Senior Civil Engineer (Land Development)

Design land development, site plans, septic, and grading projects for commercial, retail, and hospitality subdivisions. Manage stormwater management projects. Prepare site layouts and designs, and produce detailed site plans. Collaborate with project teams to ensure project objectives are met. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. EIT or P.E. license preferred. 5+ years of experience in land development, site design, septic, and grading projects. Proficient with AutoCAD.
