Overview

Starlink Enterprise Account Lead (Aviation) is part of the Enterprise Account Management team for Starlink. The role serves as the primary point of contact for Starlink’s growing base of enterprise customers from contract signature through activation and ongoing management, ensuring contract terms are fulfilled. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes and connecting enterprises with Starlink. Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for one or multiple customer segments within the Aviation vertical, handling onboarding, account management tasks, and efforts for long-term retention and revenue growth. Deliver impeccable customer service to the enterprise team and Aviation customers, including timely acknowledgement and resolution of issues. Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations. Collect and communicate customer feedback to influence programmatic and technical development required to maintain and grow the enterprise business. Retain and grow the value of Aviation accounts in hardware and service revenue. Own assigned accounts to realize forecasted revenue, communicating readiness levels, requirements, schedules and risks. Identify and lead implementation of process and system enhancements to improve handoffs and execution across cross-functional teams, evolve the customer experience, or scale the business while balancing resources and headcount. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/equivalency with 2+ years of professional experience 2+ years of consulting or project management experience 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business Experience in aviation, airlines, enterprise sales, finance, reseller, maritime, aviation, or satellite communications Experience managing multiple projects with tight timelines and limited resources Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Significant technical knowledge of Starlink or telecommunications (e.g., satellites, ground networks, user terminals) Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable improvements Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present professionally Good empathy, active listening, and resiliency Ability to read contract documents and discern requirements and deliverables ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support critical milestones or operations shifts Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites/meetings as needed COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Pay range: Starlink Enterprise Account Lead: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Your actual level and base salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that may include long-term incentives (stock, stock options, or long-term cash awards), bonuses, and the ability to participate in an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage, a 401(k) plan, disability and life insurance, paid parental leave, paid vacation, and holidays.
