new Salesforce Alliance Leader
to help evolve and mature our Salesforce practice. In this role, you will enable sales teams, foster partnerships across the Salesforce ecosystem, and support talent attraction and staffing initiatives. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure successful Salesforce project delivery and continued practice excellence. Responsibilities
Support the ongoing development of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud practice, with a focus on enabling sales and partner growth. Collaborate with leadership to define and execute the strategic direction of the Salesforce practice. Build and maintain relationships with key Salesforce stakeholders (AEs, RVPs, ISVs, Alliances), identifying new partnership and co-selling opportunities. Enable and support sales teams by participating in pursuit strategies, product training, and support on prospective clients. Represent Americaneagle.com at Salesforce industry events and within partner channels. Ensure quality delivery on Salesforce projects, including prompt CSAT survey administration and action on client feedback. Provide governance, solution assurance, and escalation support, ensuring progress on partner growth metrics like certifications and ACV. Amplify client success stories internally and externally, supporting marketing and partner recognition efforts. Collaborate with recruiting and staffing to attract, retain, and deploy top Salesforce talent. Monitor resource allocation and project probabilities to optimize team performance and ensure successful project staffing. Requirements
5-10 years of Salesforce industry experience; experience building or scaling a Salesforce practice is a plus. Prior experience with a large consultancy or directly with Salesforce preferred. Bachelor degree is an asset but not required. Broad understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Proven ability to cultivate and lead strategic partnerships and alliances. Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills. Compensation and Benefits
