Civil Litigation Attorneys
who will handle real estate, business, and HOA disputes while also taking on family law cases within our established practice. This hybrid opportunity is a first for our firm — and we’re eager to bring on talented litigators who want variety in their caseload and the resources of Colorado’s 11th-largest law firm behind them. We’ve designed our structure so attorneys focus on
practicing law — not endless non-billables . With low billable hour requirements, supportive teams, and firmwide resources, you’ll enjoy a career where you can succeed without sacrificing your life outside the office. What You’ll Do
Represent clients in both civil litigation (real estate, business, HOA) and family law matters. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery in a wide range of cases. Appear in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Negotiate settlements and provide clients with strategic guidance. Collaborate with a team of talented attorneys and paralegals. Build a well-rounded practice with the opportunity to develop expertise in multiple areas of law. What You Won’t Have to Do
Chase after clients or generate your own business. Handle billing disputes or endless admin tasks. Work late nights, weekends, or holidays. Be a team of one — our collaborative model ensures coverage and support. Interrupt family time with client emergencies or after-hours calls. Who We’re Looking For
3+ years of
civil litigation or family law
experience (both preferred, but not required). Courtroom and trial experience strongly preferred. An attorney in good standing with the Colorado Bar. A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment. A problem-solver who wants to grow a diverse practice and help clients through life’s toughest challenges. What We Offer
Base Salary:
$175,000 – $250,000 Bonuses:
Quarterly performance, origination, and hours-based bonuses. Benefits:
