Responsibilities Modify, review, and draft demand letters, pleadings, claims, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents Serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation Manage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary Handle personal injury case files from start to finish Settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate and negotiate reasonable agreements Record and update the status of all case files in the case management system Investigate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly Qualifications
