What You’ll Do
Advise clients on employment law issues including discrimination, harassment, wage & hour, and termination. Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and compliance documents. Conduct internal investigations and provide strategic counsel on labor relations. Stay current on federal and Tennessee labor laws to ensure client compliance. What We’re Looking For
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school 2–5 years of labor & employment law experience Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines Bonus Skills
Experience with EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and NLRA matters Public and private sector experience a plus Competitive salary + performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Ready to Apply?
