Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Attorney specializing in Estate Planning, Administration and Tax to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice and services to clients, helping them navigate complex estate and tax issues while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on estate planning and tax matters to clients. Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Assist clients with tax planning strategies related to estate taxes and gift taxes. Conduct thorough client consultations to determine their estate planning needs and goals. Manage and administer trusts, ensuring compliance and proper execution of trust agreements. Guide clients through probate proceedings and estate administration processes. Advise clients on business succession planning and charitable giving strategies. Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to estate and tax planning. Qualifications 3+ Years in Estate Planning, Administration & Tax Tax knowledge in the estate, gift and fiduciary return Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Ohio (Kentucky is a PLUS) Strong understanding of trust administration, probate, and tax regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with high net-worth individuals and provide tailored legal solutions.
