CNC Programmer

to join our team. This role is hands-on, requiring someone who can take a blueprint and turn it into a high-quality, precise finished part. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for writing and optimizing CNC programs, setting up jobs, and supporting production to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality. Responsibilities

Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using

G-code

and

Mastercam

software. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T to translate designs into machining instructions. Select tooling, cutting speeds, and feeds to ensure efficient machining and high-quality output. Perform test runs, adjust offsets, and troubleshoot programs or machining issues as needed. Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and production staff to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards. Maintain accurate documentation of programs, revisions, and setups. Uphold safety practices and contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Qualifications

Technical/vocational training in machining or CNC programming. Experience programming CNC machines using G-code and Mastercam (required). Strong understanding of machining processes, setups, and tooling. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings with precision. Solid problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Preferred Skills & Attributes
