Boyer Liver Institute , a state-funded center of excellence, is driving forward innovative investigations in liver disease We’re looking for a dynamic and modular transplant surgeonskilled in bothkidney and liver transplantation, who is ready to write the next chapter of their career with innovative transplant practice in liver-kidney-pancreas transplant. Expertise in robotic surgery, auto-islet transplant, or living donor liver transplantation is highly desirable and will be fully supported. There is ample surgical, and academic mentorship within the Department and the College of Medicine to support your advancing career. Qualifications and Essential Functions: · BC/BE in General Surgery · Completed ASTS accredited transplant fellowship program · Valid AZ license (or eligible to receive) · Training in multi-organ procurement, kidney, liver, and pancreas transplantation is essential · Applicants should have demonstrated skill and interest in teaching learners at all levels · Opportunities for research as well as leadership development are available Primary Location: Banner University Medical Center - Tucson,1625 N.
