Part Time Key Holder
for our Retail Operations team. This position is responsible for opening and closing the store and performing other duties in the absence of management. A Key Holder will assist the store during high volume periods and support new employees, providing excellent customer service while driving sales. Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing them about products and services. Open the store early and close it late, assisting during high volume periods. Support new employees and ensure smooth store operations. Have knowledge of in-house products to recommend to customers. Assist with inventory management, including restocking, conducting counts, and identifying discrepancies. Handle cash transactions accurately, including opening/closing tills, cash counting, and deposits. Operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronics. Follow age verification policies. Ensure pricing and quantities are accurate and provide receipts. Process refunds and exchanges. Monitor the sales floor to prevent theft and minimize loss, including bag checks and security adherence. Maintain store cleanliness and standards across all areas. Train new employees on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards. Qualifications:
At least 1 year of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent. Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills and cash handling proficiency. Team-oriented attitude. Ability to lift up to 49 pounds. High School Diploma or equivalent. Pay:
