PURPOSE
The role of the Worship Leader is to multiply transformed followers of Jesus by overseeing the implementation of the worship experience at our Holt Campus. The Worship Leader will help implement the vision and mission of Chapel Pointe at Holt through strong relational collaboration and spiritual leadership. This includes the planning and leadership of the worship and production volunteers, participation in Sunday morning worship, and collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, passionate about leading with excellence, and eager to grow in their ministry calling. They will have a heart for ministry in a growing church environment, looking to be poured into, discipled, and equipped for greater leadership.
The expectation is that these values are carried out in the context of the greater Chapel Pointe staff. Hours:
Part-Time, 15-20 hours/week JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Plan the worship services in conjunction with the Worship Team and leadership team, and do so with prayer, conceptual forethought, theological accuracy, and musical appropriateness. Serve as primary worship leader at Holt Provide technical support and assistance to facilitate production at campus, ensuring consistent and unified direction in all campuses Ensure that all of the musical and technical aspects of the service advance the Kingdom and support the church’s vision and appropriate scriptural themes. Attend staff meetings and key ministry meetings with other departments. Oversee and develop volunteers (recruitment, scheduling, rehearsals). Lead midweek band/vocal rehearsals musically and spiritually. Provide support at other campus events and special events as needed. Support and assist in the overall vision of the ministry. Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS Relevant experience leading worship Experience in church ministry, whether on staff or as a volunteer Able to lead worship with excellence, both vocally and instrumentally Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to build relationships
