Welcome clients warmly, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle selection process to create a seamless purchasing experience. Build Relationships:
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest Lincoln models, features, financing options, and promotions to provide expert advice. Achieve Sales Goals:
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by demonstrating product value and building trust with clients. Assist with Financing Options:
Help customers navigate financing and leasing options with a consultative approach. Qualifications: Previous Sales Experience:
Prior experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role is highly preferred. Customer-Centric Mindset:
Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction. Strong Communication Skills:
Ability to listen actively and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Drive and Ambition:
