Position Overview
Sales Executive
with LoopNet you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Build long-lasting, service-focused client relationships by advising on product frequency, reach and brand efficacy and highlighting return on investment using our analytic tools and reporting capabilities. You will leverage CoStar Group’s deep knowledge and expertise in the Commercial Real Estate industry to build your client portfolio by prospecting, studying industry trends, and conducting effective product demonstrations.
We provide extensive classroom and field training to equip you with product and industry knowledge, and you will learn digital marketing and sales skills by working with internal experts and product teams. This role is on-site in our CoStar Group office in Kansas City.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
– Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and act as a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan.
Business Development
– Prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business using CoStar Group’s property data.
Teamwork
– Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
Business Industry Acumen
– Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, CRE, and market trends within your territory.
Customer Focus
– Deliver outstanding customer support, share market insights, and offer solutions to help clients achieve goals.
Client Engagement
– Build strong relationships and prospect through regular in-person meetings (may require travel).
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
4+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, data & analytics, or related fields.
Demonstrated commitment to prior employers.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with a customer-focused approach.
Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory driving record check prior to start.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building long-term relationships with senior/C-Suite clients.
Ability to analyze data, build outbound reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.
Regular access to an operational vehicle prior to or by start date; flexible and adaptable in a high-growth environment.
Self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team.
