We’re looking for someone with commercial talent, strategic vision, and a passion for connecting with people to lead the growth of our licenses and enterprise services across the Americas.
You'll be responsible for negotiating and closing leads interested in our Fuckup Inc. offerings, including licenses and Enterprise services (such as tailored events, workshops, keynotes, and programs).
This full-time remote position will report directly to the General Manager of Fuckup, Inc. Responsibility
Increase revenue and conversion rate from our inbound pipeline: lead qualification, sales calls, negotiation, follow-up, and closing. Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales cycle, resulting in Fuckup Nights partners. Engage with current and past clients to build long-term relationships. Strategic business development attending external and our own events. Assure the Fuckup experience for the lead from first contact to hand over to Operations and Admin. Communicate with your networks to generate inbound leads and organic growth. Analyze data to help improve sales processes and strategy. Coordinate with other teams to increase lead generation efforts. Attend sales and team meetings and provide solutions and insights. Provide regular updates and insights about the sales funnel and results. Profile
Full proficiency in English and Spanish. Demonstrated experience with scalable B2B sales in entrepreneurial environments. Comfortable and disciplined using CRM (HubSpot), Google Apps, and other collaboration platforms. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. You follow, improve, and create methodologies, and can be hyper-focused. Exceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail and quality. Experience speaking in public to large or high-profile audiences.
