Account Specialist
to join our
Customer Service
team! This position will serve as the primary customer contact and project administrator for order-related activities. The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability in establishing and maintaining positive business relationships both internally and externally. We are seeking someone with project/order management overview experience. This position manages a set customer base with large orders requiring attention to customer needs, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to service as defined by the customer. Responsibilities include supporting customers with order configuration, processing, status updates, ensuring delivery requirements and deadlines are met, and resolving complaints. The Account Specialist is expected to exercise sound judgment and creativity to meet business goals and customer expectations. This position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor. What Will You Do?
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure all orders are processed accurately. Process all customer requests for product and general information accurately and deliver within the agreed lead-time. Maintain accurate and stable customer databases at all times. Manage a monthly budget aimed at resolving complaints that cannot be processed within department policies and procedures. Ensure prompt resolution of claims, adhering to department policies and procedures. Establish and maintain business partnerships with customers. Qualifications

Problem-solving skills in intense, time-sensitive situations. Outstanding communication skills in English, both oral and written, at multiple levels. Passion for customer service with a sense of urgency. Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to multitask. Professional appearance and attitude. Qualifications
Associate degree in business is a plus. 3-5 years of customer service experience (e.g., customer care, order entry). Experience in lighting, electric, or construction industries is a plus. Knowledge of MRP and Windows. Proficient with computer tools – JD Edwards preferred, MS Office Suite.
