Samson Rose has partnered with a pioneering robotics and manufacturing company to find a Manager of PLM Architecture and Solutions to join their growing Enterprise Applications team. This is a high-impact leadership role that blends deep technical PLM expertise with strategic management. You’ll define the direction, design, and future build-out of their Teamcenter environment, shaping how it’s configured, integrated, and extended to meet the company’s evolving needs, all while leading and developing a dedicated PLM team.

The person they are looking for should have:
Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
8+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter, including solution design and enterprise deployment
Strong expertise in PLM integrations with CAD (NX), ERP, and MES
Demonstrated experience insystem architecture, data modeling, and workflow design
Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role, including hiring or mentoring staff
Ability to balance technical detail with business context, and communicate effectively with both engineers and executives
Strong project management skills to drive cross-functional initiatives
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working in the defense industry
Big pluses for:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or similar
Background in aerospace, automotive, defense, or manufacturing industries
Experience with Easy Plan, Opcenter, and Mendix
Experience in a manufacturing or high-growth hardware/software business
