We are seeking a driven Recruiter with experience in IT, Engineering, or Life Sciences recruiting to join our team. This is a 100% onsite position with a consultancy that partners with leading Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies to deliver exceptional talent for high-impact teams.

What You’ll Do
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process—sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent across the life sciences industry.
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain strong candidate networks within IT, Engineering, and Life Sciences fields.
Develop lasting relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term success.
Collaborate with your team to hit recruitment and revenue goals.
Stay ahead of industry trends and market insights to strengthen recruitment strategies.
Thrive in a goal-oriented, competitive environment where success is rewarded.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required.
1–3+ years of recruiting experience (agency, staffing, or corporate).
Passion for sales, recruiting, and relationship-building.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Resilient, competitive, and motivated to exceed goals.
Ability to work in a team-driven office environment (onsite only).
Flexibility to work extended hours when needed to meet client deadlines.
