Dynamic physician-owned and -led orthopaedic managed service organization seeks a fellowship-trained, board-certified, or board-eligible

Physiatrist/PM&R Physician

to join a premier practice-partner in Indiana. Central Indiana Orthopedics (CIO) is the region’s leading provider of expert musculoskeletal care which serves the needs of its patients through a team of highly trained sub-specialists who are committed to the independent practice of medicine. With three main offices located in Fishers, Anderson, & Muncie, CIO has (26) sub-specialty physicians, (21) mid-level providers, (2) satellite office locations, MRI facilities, (2) outpatient surgery centers, and [2] rehabilitation suites.

Our Fishers/Anderson location is comprised of (14) physicians, (14) mid-level providers, as well as an in-office X-Ray at both locations and a 1.5T MRI in Anderson. Our Muncie location is comprised of (12) physicians, (6) mid-level providers, as well as an in-office X-Ray and a 1.5T MRI. We have injection suites at our three main locations which include a C-Arm and table. As an essential part of our spine and interventional service line, our ancillary offerings include rehabilitation for the complete care of the patient

CIO provides care to patients throughout the Indianapolis Region, including an immediate drawing area of approximately 2.1M+ in the surrounding counties and an additional 500,000+ in our satellite catchment areas. To better care for these communities, CIO seeks a physician to continue the development of our strong spine and pain management service line.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school Valid board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Current state medical license and in good standing Proven experience as an Interventional Physiatrist Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with the ability to develop effective treatment plans Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care Commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in the field of physiatry Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities
