Demonstrate skills related to completing and processing forms, documents, and reports. Compile information and perform data entry for educational tracking. Support improvements that impact the success, quality, and efficiency of programs. Implement new procedures and systems. Analyze data for projects and reports. Operation:
Evaluate departmental program effectiveness using research techniques. Develop budgets and administer program events and resources. Support departmental operations and research issues related to projects. Coordination:
Act as liaison with internal and external organizations. Explore community opportunities for program visibility. Ensure compliance with accreditation through evaluations. Develop internal communication processes and assemble project materials. Media Maintenance:
Use software to create tables, charts, and forms. Maintain electronic files and databases related to educational activities and accreditation. Reporting:
Assist with budgets, billing, payroll, and expense tracking. Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Support revenue and expense reporting. Manage at least 1 accredited residency/fellowship program and support 8 CCHMC trainees or a centralized education group.
