Training Coordinator
for a prominent client of ours. This position is in
Austin, TX.
Details for the position are as follows: Job Description: $26 - $29/hour based on previous experience. Training Enrollments and Communication:
Coordinate with Commercial Excellence team to align on new employee educational needs. Manage training enrollments, including registration, scheduling, and trainee communication. Coordinate with trainers, instructors, the events team, and trainees to ensure smooth training logistics. Communicate training details, schedules, and updates via email, LMS announcements, or other channels. Leverage education and tracking tools such as LMS, Cvent, SmartSheets, etc.
Certification Path Tracking:
Monitor and track progress of employees through certification paths within the Learning Management System (LMS) and other ancillary tools. Ensure accurate recording of completed courses, assessments, and certifications in compliance with SOPs. Collaborate with education and department managers to verify compliance with certification requirements. Generate standard reports on training completion, compliance, and performance metrics.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance training processes, streamline workflows, and improve user experience.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, HR, Information Technology). Experience with LMS administration and training coordination. Experience navigating Microsoft Office platforms, specifically Outlook, Teams, and Excel for data evaluation and management. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in LMS platforms and related tools.
