Position Summary We are currently seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing training team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the onboarding experience for new hires, support continuous development for current staff, and collaborate on clinic-wide training initiatives — all while enjoying a healthy work-life balance and a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities As a Training Coordinator, you will: Provide initial onboarding and hands-on training to newly hired behavior technicians Deliver ongoing skill development sessions to ensure quality and consistency in clinical services Facilitate parent trainings in collaboration with supervising BCBAs Assist in the design and delivery of monthly and quarterly staff training sessions Support quality assurance by observing sessions, offering feedback, and modeling best practices Collaborate with clinical supervisors and leadership to identify and address staff training needs Maintain training records and track progress of staff development Stay current on ABA best practices and ethical standards What We’re Looking For BCaBA Certification in good standing At least 1 year of clinical experience in ABA, with a passion for mentoring and training others Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to positive, professional collaboration Excellent organizational and documentation skills Comfortable presenting to small and large groups of staff and caregivers A growth mindset and enthusiasm for supporting a team culture of learning and excellence Why Join SEAS?
