Responsibilities
Leads efforts related to defining and executing on the Human Capital Analytics Strategy for Truist
Leads a team of analytics resources that act as internal consultants by understanding business needs, scoping HR Analytics requests, synthesizing insights, and recommending solutions to key business partners in collaboration with other members of the HR analytics team
Provides human capital analyses and insights that are used to inform Enterprise and Functional Risk Committees the Board of Directors and as needed commentary for Investor Relations and the CEO
Follows internal HC Analytics team capability development and progress against roadmap to increased analytics maturity
Engages and manages stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization to ensure appropriate sponsorship and support of key initiatives and decisions
Assists the team lead in defining and managing priorities
Develops, calculates and analyzes key performance indicators to help measure and monitor HR effectiveness and the impact of initiatives executed via HR strategies and long-range plans
Coordinates the enablement of self-service HR Analytics capabilities across HR Centers of Excellence including coordination & partnership with the Enterprise Data Office on bank-wide analytics capabilities and tools
Provides guidance, training and subject matter expertise to teams and employees in asking appropriate questions, selecting the right metrics, interpreting the data and translating data into actionable recommendations
Qualifications Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree with 10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated proficiency in operational effectiveness and the tie to business, organizational strategies and management objectives
Ability to lead teams and large complex programs including the ability to influence others at senior levels to adopt new perspectives
Proven thoughtful process of analyzing data and problem solving with data to reach a well-researched solution
Expansive knowledge of metrics, data and business intelligence strategies
Ability to present data in a logical, concise manner
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading a team of professional individual contributors
Master's Degree and 10 years of related experience in analytics and program management
Degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, Math, Computer Science, MIS, Analytics, Data Science or other related fields
Technical experience with tools such as Python, R, Qlik, Tableau, Microstrategies and Visier
Deep experience in statistical analysis; understanding of HR program and human capital delivery system processes with HR-specific analytics experience
