HR Generalist
to join a dynamic team. This remote role offers the opportunity to contribute to all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee record management, and HRIS support. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment. Position Overview
The HR Generalist will provide administrative and operational support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring processes run smoothly and compliance is maintained. This role includes coordinating onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with employment verifications, and supporting HR projects. The position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while working within a collaborative and supportive remote environment. You must be located within Central Time Zone. Perks

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, background checks, and orientation scheduling Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity Assist with employment verifications, job postings, and candidate screenings Support HR projects, including HRIS optimization, data migration, and process improvements Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR team Assist Benefits Administrator during open enrollment with communications and record maintenance Qualifications
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn HRIS tools, UKG experience highly preferred Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Positive, employee-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively Compensation and Benefits
